When you're looking to slim down, look no further than the mighty smoothie. But can they really help? Is it healthy? Or nutritious? Today I want to share some of my favourite smoothie recipes that can boost weight loss. But before that let's take a look at some problems we see in most smoothies.
The natural fruit sugars in smoothies can also add hundreds of extra calories to your daily intake. So the real question is how to make a healthy weight loss smoothie? How do we make the perfect smoothie that is dense in nutrients? You want to avoid fruit juice, cow milk, canned fruits, chocolate syrups and powders, cool Whip or whip cream & sugar.
At the end of the day, just use a little common sense in determining what not to add to your smoothie.

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 30g of Whole grain oats
- Half a banana
- 300ml Almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 ice cubes
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Cocoa powder for decoration
Method: Blend all together in a blender for 30-45 sec. Top with cocoa powder and enjoy.
- SeedMax Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 50g Superfood seed mix
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 scoop of VENUS-PRO vanilla cheesecake dessert protein
- 150ml of yogurt
- 30g of whole grain oats (for extra thickness)
- 200ml water or almond milk
Method: Add water/milk, berries, yogurt to the blender and mix for 15 seconds. Then add rest of ingredients and blend for further 30 seconds and enjoy!.

Ingredients:

- 300ml of almond milk or coconut milk

- 25g of mix seeds

Methods: Add all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend for around 30 seconds or until nice and smooth.

Ingredients:
- Cup of black coffee

- 30g of whole grain oats
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 100ml almond milk
- Cocoa powder for decoration
Method: Blend all together in a blender for 20 sec. Top with cocoa powder and enjoy.
