4 Ingredient Protein Cupcakes

It’s simple, delicious and perfect to enjoy with your evening coffee.

At VENUS ARMY we always try to help our fans to create most simple, high protein and nutritious snacks and meals. Because we believe healthy eating is the pinnacle of long-term weight loss and healthy living.

Let’s get started. All you need to bake these cupcakes are:

  • 2 ripped bananas
  • 2 scoops of your favourite VENUS-PRO Thermo Slim Shake (we used toffee popcorn flavour)
  • 1 cup of whole-grain oats flour (you can also use normal whole-grain flour)
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
  • Additions: frozen mix fruits for decoration, desiccated coconut flakes

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor until it becomes a smooth mixture (similar to a cake mix). Using a cupcake tray pour 1 tablespoon per cupcake (you can put more if you like) and decorate with frozen fruits or anything you like. Bake it for 12-15min at 200 degree Celsius. The mixture should give you between 6-9 cupcakes.

Pour a cup of freshly made coffee and enjoy your healthy snack. These cupcakes are also perfect as a pre-workout snack.
