- 2 a scoops of your favourite VENUS-PRO (you can add more if you like)
- 400ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 50g of Oats
- 1-2 tablespoons of Honey (you can use stevia as well)
- 2 tablespoons of Desiccated Coconut for decorative purpose
- Handful of frozen berries for decorative purpose
